Never, ever, have I been treated so well by any service organization. Zach and Brian were here to replace the valves on my bathtub that were too old and not working well. Estimate was accurate, they were both very courteous, efficient and respectful of my home, me and my pets. I had the feeling they were both very happy to be helpful and useful. Beyond that, their personalities were positive and their work stellar. Plus, they worked very well together. Very glad I called this company and more than happy with the people who were sent.

I was very impressed with cardinal, the communication is amazing. My tech Jessie Kidd was a professional to the likes I have never seen. Not only did he fix my main problem, but he checked my entire plumbing system. He also translate plumbing terms so we could understand . We were floored by his attitude from the moment he walked in he presented a vibe that he's here to help. He even cared about this issue more then my own wife, if someone comes in your house and is worried about a problem more then we were. It shows he cares, by the end we felt so comfortable we invited him to stay for dinner. We have never felt so safe, and trusting with any service. He also did not put down any competitor, which showed his character. We talked about Jesse after he left with our family literally talked about him for the next hour. Cardinal Plumbing Heating and Air was excellent in every way. Thomas patiently explained our options when we were deciding which system would be best for our needs. He personally came to the job to make sure his technicians knew exactly what to do. They arrived on time and worked full days to complete the job. They finished within the time promised and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. My system works perfectly thanks to knowledgeable, skilled workers determined to please. Thank you.

Very helpful and reliable. I had a cracked toilet tank and they recommended a one piece unit to fit my needs. Very fast service. Great customer service. Really enjoyed the staff and excellent customer service.

They set up an appointment right away, came earlier than expected, made a minor adjustment to a running toilet, and didn't charge me because it was such a short visit. Very fair and reasonable people. They also sent me a detailed estimate for repairs in case the problem returned, within minutes of leaving. Very efficient service.
