Black Diamond Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air

Had my water heater fail on a Saturday evening. Called Black Diamond on Sunday morning and setup an appointment for Monday morning. They assured me they would arrive with the correct water heated and have it installed quickly. Chris Sr. arrived on time and got started. Within two hours he was finished and did a great job on the install and earthquake protection. The pricing was straight forward and his work was excellent. It is tough to decide who to use for home repairs and Black Diamond exceeded my expectations. Thanks Chris!

I've used them for a few projects and have been happy so far. They were definitely more expensive than some, but the reps were very professional, and sometimes it's worth paying a little more for better labor. On my most recent project I did have a small issue with the work that was done did not match my expectation, it wasn't wrong, it was just different than what I had in mind. After discussing with the sales manager they acknowledged that while they did do what was requested what mattered at the end of the day was if I was happy. They came out to fix the work the same day, I'm sure at a lose to the company. Very common for big box stores to react this way, very uncommon in the home improvement industry. Definitely worth paying a little more to work with companies that take care of their customers like this.

Amazing customer service. Sent a technician out, Chris, within 3 hours and solved the problem quickly. Black Diamond did the original order almost two years earlier and they honored their guarantee of service. Highly recommend this company and will consider them for an entire home renovation. Bryce was awesome to work with! Right on time and very professional. Its always a little bit unnerving for a single gal to let someone in to my home, and he made me feel comfortable immediately. He put on booties, which I really appreciate, and fixed the problem quickly. He knew his stuff and was very educated and clear when explaining to me my problem. It’s been my experience that most companies send their salesmen or managers who have actual people skills to do the estimates of the job then send their social skill lacking employees to do the actual work. This is not the case with Black Diamond. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and honest. Highly recommended for their professionalism, work ethic, and expertise.
