The girls in the office are pleasant, and are always quick to take note of why I’m calling and follow through with any request I have. The service techs are almost always prompt but if they are not I’ve received a call letting me know. They are always pleasant, answer my questions, are on time (and usually arrive at the beginning of the window time given) and clean up any drippings from the attic.

I have been using Stan's heating and air-conditioning services for a number of years. They replaced both my AC units in the last 3 years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are courteous, answer all questions and leave the systems and the house in the right condition (as you would expect). I found them customer-centric in the sense they don't recommend unnecessary costly repairs and yet tell you when things can get worse and help you to act in time. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services.

Gold Service Checkup - as always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Stan's provides us with excellent service and we have used and recommend them for new installations, regular checkups, and repairs. This checkup found that one of the ac's had a compressor issue. The next day Marcus was out with a new compressor. We are back up and running. Thanks for the great service once again.

We were initially satisfied with our service: the team was punctual and had a nice attitude when we hired them for a system efficiency check on our new home purchase.  Our inspector had told us of an AC leak into the attic and a clog on the primary drain line, so that was our primary reason for the service.  I was drawn to the promise of an "efficient whole house" as detailed on the website, but they did not deliver.  The service tech  "fixed the air leak" but told us the primary & secondary drains had been switched so there was no problem.  We also asked for advice on programming our NEST for multiple zones, but were told by the tech that it could not be done.  (Doubting that, we later contacted NEST and found out that it was very possible, and received instructions on how to do it.  We assumed perhaps the tech did not know this and let it slide.)  We received no other suggestions or information from the tech about creating efficiency within the home.   Less than two months later, we were having radiant barrier lining installed in the attic as part of our solar panel system, and were informed that there were SEVERAL large leaks in our attic ducting.  Some looked like they had attempted to be repaired with ducting Mastic but it had cracked and fallen off - which we were told can be common in the hot Texas summer.  The attic team repaired ALL of the ducts AND they were able to sort out the clogged primary line - at no additional charge to us as part of the attic insulation.   So it turned out that the entire service fee was a wasted trip, as none of our requests were actually resolved.  This was very disappointing to learn.

Chris was to be here between 3&5 pm. He was here at 3:20. Wow! We were spoken to honestly and given option to repair 'if that's what we wanted to do'. The age of the equipment was the enemy here, & perhaps let it live till it fails then replace it. Being "thrifty & well over 50", ???? we always appreciate a good way to use our money wisely. Chris said Stan's had some great prices in January on their HVAC units. It may be about time for that change! Thanks Chris, & Thanks again Stan's!????
