After looking at it for about 3 minutes, they told me my hot water heater had to be replaced because of some wiring. It was fixed with a $10 part by another plumber.

Drew's Plumbing responded the same day that I called. The plumber evaluated my plumbing problem, explained exactly what it would take to fix it, and what it would cost. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, his work was very neat and clean.....excellent.
