Our household needed a whole-house humidifier. I did my due diligence and finally selected Service 1. Mr. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone when I explained my situation for needing a replacement humidifier. Mr. Vance arrived within the expected time window and expertly installed the humidifier, explaining the mechanics and what I would need to do for maintenance. I appreciate his skill, efficiency, professionalism and courteousness. The price was great, and the service was excellent! Vance and Chris were my installers for a furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable! They were fast workers, if they had the slightest question, they asked. They didn't leave until they made sure I knew how the new thermostat worked, what the recommended maintenance would be for the first year and beyond, and made sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend this company to anyone!
This phase of the work scope involved the installation of a 40 gallon tall hot water heater and the re-routing of existing gas lines. The 2 man crew were on-time, professional and courteous. Took time to describe exactly what they were going to do and answered any and all of my questions. After the work was completed they did a complete and thorough clean up. Entire project exceeded all expectations I had and completed at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend their services and will use again.
Best service ever. My installers name was Shaun, and he did an excellent job. Very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not to bad on pricing either. Definitely worth it and highly recommend them!
Super fast, quality job. They answered when I called, came when they said they would and fixed the problem as soon as was possible. I ended up needing a new water heater. As soon as he got it he was back to install. Thank you so much for your outstanding quality and promptness. I will call again when needed
