Ron responded quickly and showed up on time as promised. He installed 2 water heaters using high quality materials and finished the job by checking the work and then completely cleaning up. He answered all my questions and provided some help and advice on other plumbing issues. He is a true expert. Highly recommend.
We had a rather emergent situation with our kitchen sink leaking through the bottom of our garbage disposal, and Ron came out on Saturday without hesitation. He was on-time, extremely polite, and walked me through each step of what he was doing. The estimate he gave over the phone ended up being what we paid, so there were no surprises. Because he has worked in the area for so long, he was able to give us advice about the type of work we may need in the future, simply based on where we live! We are happy to have found his number and will be using him for all of future our plumbing needs.
Contacted Ron on Friday afternoon he answered my call immediately. explained my problem and he said he contact me with a schedule. He called on the following Monday and responded to evaluate the problem. He went under the house and diagnosed the issue. He returned the next day and dug out under my residence to expose a broken sewage line. Shortly thereafter he replaced the broken section filled in and landscaped the area of the hole. He was very professional and most of all provided a quick response. I would recommend Ron to anyone looking for quality plumbing repairs.
Ron Summers is simply the best. I have used plumbers on many occasions in the 26 years I have owned property. None were as professional and capable as Ron. Within 1 hour he replaced my kitchen faucet, fixed my shower and repaired two toilets in my home. I highly recommend Summers Plumbing to anyone in the Naples area.
Worst in the county maybe country, has nasty Attitude and complained about the job being too “messy/big” I recommend calling real professionals. This one will just come, walk around your house then say he can’t do it and storm out.
