I contacted Alpha Home Service through a family referral. Raul from Alpha contacted me immediately, set a time and was at my home at the time provided. I received an alert 20 minutes before his arrival. He quickly got to work and found that our main pipe and a couple of others were clogged due to our misuse of our garbage disposal.
