Dna plumbing is one of the best places i ever gone threw. I was having problems with my pipes leaking called them up it was late at night and they were here the nsxt morning bright in earlier. Dewayne and his partner did amazing job he pairing all my pipes and getting everything back up and running in no time

DNA was scheduled to come out to my house via my HomeServe insurance. My sewer vent is apparently clogged so anytime I flush the toilet, take a shower, run dishes, etc I have sewer gases gurgling into my house while they drain slowly. When this started happening, I developed a slow leak from my toilet into my basement somehow. I work a very hectic schedule and also take classes at night. So I had to take a half day off of work to accommodate Dwayne coming out to my house at 2:30pm. I get a call from him saying the job he’s on isn’t going well and he’s going to be late without a firm eta. I say ok, I’ll sit here until you come. At 6:30pm I call him to see where we’re at and he said it’s not looking good. I call back to HomeServe to find another plumber to come out, now on an emergency basis, and they can’t get anyone. They keep prompting Dwayne to come out but he keeps pushing it out. Finally at 11pm at night, almost 9 hours later, I have to call HomeServe to setup another service call with another plumber. We have no idea when I can be home again for a fixed period of time during working hours. I now have a sewer emergency at my house, sewer gases entering my house, toilet water dripping in my basement, a pile of clothes I can’t wash, a pile of dishes I can’t wash, nobody to come fix it, almost no ability for me to be home to “try again” within the next 7 days, and Dwayne off messing around somewhere. Just a complete disaster. Complete disaster. Totally disrespectful of my time and me personally. Call someone else as we have plenty of high quality plumbers who have a clock and value customers.

Great guy, does great work and is responsive. He was the plumber my general contractor used to finish my basement. It's been 4 years and zero problems. I called the owner about 3 months ago for a completely different problem in my kitchen, he remembered me from 4 years ago when he did the basement work. He showed up the next day when he said he would and took care of the problem in my kitchen. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
