I couldn’t be more pleased with the KC crew. To start with Virginia is absolutely amazing and in my struggle of no hot water and a 1 year old baby she was heaven sent. I had my hot water heater go out and she did everything she could to make sure we got hot water again. She was more than patient with my undecided landlord as well with me calling her the day before thanksgiving. The techs she dispatched where very polite and clean with their work and got us up and running again. I would recommend KC to anybody and know without a doubt they where going to be takin care of to the fullest. Thanks again KC crew! The Adams Family

We needed a new tankless water heater. Their price was better than another local outfit we called, and the service was excellent.

Unpleasant plumbing problems at 1030pm during the work week are stressful enough, after many unsuccessful phone calls, I reached KC Home Services, Virginia picked up on the first ring with a bright voice for the late hour and assisted us with our dilemma offering us clear choices with affordable pricing. Don is a hero, showed up early worked tirelessly on the obstruction which had been developing for some time and cleared our pipes and our consciences so that we could go about our lives. Thank you, Don, for your calming energy and for going above and beyond, cleaning and reorganizing the space you worked on! We plan to consult them in the future for routine preventative maintenance and services, all of which are very well presented and organized in the book Don carried with him.

“Going the extra mile!” Our AC went down and we called KC Home Services to help. They didn’t have a technician available for our specific unit. We needed this work done in less than two days. Virginia, from their office, went out of her way to help us. She spent the day calling around for another technician who could help us, texting throughout the day, and ultimately sent us information for someone else who would be able to help. This is a person from another company!!! It felt like the good old days with neighbors helping each other. Outstanding service. If this is how they treat their not yet customers, imagine how they treat their actual customers.
