I called empire heating and cooling out to inspect my ac unit, the technician Carlos was very informative. I signed up with there full service plan which included my coils getting cleaned. I would highly recommend this company, they do a great job and are honest.
Having used them several times before and been happy I can no longer recommend them. They no longer do weekends and their card states 24 house emergency availability. I called to schedule to have the shut off hose to my toilet replaced and the leveler replaced. The technician said he did not have the tools to replace the hose and would have to remove the toilet to do so., He stated while he was doing that why not replace my toilet. I said no the toilet was fine, I only needed the hose replaced and the leveler replaced. I told him since he was not equipped to do the job to just forget it. He left. I offered to pay the service call but he said not necessary.
Wow! Polite! Clear explanations! Laid out our options and answered our questions so we understood. Cleaned up after himself. Great service person!!! We were very satisfied with both the work and the service and the cool house he left us with!!!!! (Lynet and May)
Called Saturday Morning around 11:00 AM for help on our air conditioner which was blowing hot air. By Saturday at 12:30 PM they were on the job and completed by 1:15 PM with cool air in the house. They have always been reliable and courteous. There quality of work is at the highest standard.
With the record heat we have had the last few days I was glad that I had signed up for the annual service agreement. Sherry took my call and was very professional. She told me when I could expect the Technician and then called me back when he was 30 minutes out. Dean was out to check our A/C in about 90 minutes after my call. After checking out our rooftop unit he suggested it could be the condenser motor going. It’s still working well but running a lot because of the high heat. He gave me pricing to replace it then, at a later date if it broke down and at the seasonal check up this fall. I opted to wait to wait until the fall. Thank you Shery and Dean for excellent customer service.
