Our friend recommended that we use Hobaica and Wow! I’m so glad he did. Our ac unit started making a noise so loud that we thought it may wake the neighbors. We shut off that unit and called Hobaica. They offered same day or next day service. Gavin and Simon came out today (Saturday service) and I can not say enough about how impressed I am by both of them. They are both extremely knowledgeable, have integrity and great customer service. They listened to us and answered a lot of questions. I can tell they are proud to work for Hobaica and take great pride in what they do. Everything from the call & text on the way to our home, wearing booties over their shoes, explaining how our current units work, using their knowledge so we can make informed decisions (rather than trying to sell), providing us with a coupon, giving us a few promotional gifts (the wine thermometer is my favorite). Hobaica has a membership agreement which benefits their customers, not just the company. We joined and the discount given on our repair almost paid for the membership for an entire year. There are many benefits-check it out. Bottom line, this was the best money ever spent when we did not want to spend it! Having ac units which are 14 yrs old; we now have peace of mind because Hobaica will be able to help with ours and ultimately help us with new ones when the time comes. Brandon did our plumbing inspection and was wonderful. He was on time and thorough which is especially nice. Amer did our electrical inspection and he was very knowledgeable and personable. I love having peace of mind that no matter my needs such a wonderful company is there. I've been a customer for 5 years and will be one for life.

Gavin Wharton and Simon took great care of me and my air conditioner today. They treated me as if I was their most important customer even though it had been a while since I had utilized Hobaica Services. I am now a loyal customer and signed up for their Total Care Club. I'm sure that my AC/heat pump will be keeping me comfortable for years to come!

Excellent service & response time! Called end of the day Thursday and they were out Friday morning! . Justin was extremely professional and efficient. Excellent communication. Fixed the problem and was a superstar! Highly recommend!
