Lou was a great help to us today resolving a complicated issue...very knowledgeable and professional. Cost was a bit higher than expected but nonetheless the issue was resolved. They were also able to come on the same day which was very important to us. Thanks again Lou.

Our basement had a sewer back up problem this morning. I ended up calling Mr. Rooter and was able to get a technician out in the afternoon. Kyle was very personable as well as professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to locate the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable with what the issue was and how to fix it. Our family is very appreciative of his honesty and would totally recommend Mr. Rooter, especially Kyle, for any plumbing issues. Thank you Kyle!

Louis was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified some issues that I hadn't noticed and then offered several options for the work that needed to be done. He then fixed the problem quickly and expertly. Louis was very pleasant during the whole time and explained everything very well. A very good experience.

The plumber, Chad, completed both our estimate and the work done. He was kind, courteous, arrived on time and completed the work in the time he stated. He was even willing to adjust our request in order to accommodate a change in our remodel plans and did an excellent job at no additional cost or time. Although the service was on the higher end, they actually showed up at my house for the estimate (unlike the other 2 plumbing companies I emailed). Definitely worth the money and piece of mind.
