We paid 10% over the cost of all fixtures because Rick, the owner, told us that then he would be responsible to take care of any problems under warranty on my new build. There were plenty of problems. He was initially charming, then disappeared once he had all the money. Even my contractor couldn't get him to respond appropriately. His word is worthless. Be very careful. Better still, use someone else.
