Brother's Plumbing & Pumps

Had to give 1 star just to put up review. I will never use Brothers again because they were supposed to do a home inspection and only inspected where supposed leak was and charged for a hour service call when he wasn’t even there but maybe half hour. So now I’m going to have to pay someone else now to go back over and inspect all the water lines before I purchase this house. So gonna cost even more for the inspection. Definitely don’t call these guys if you need a full inspection done.

So many reasons not to use these guys. First, I had a question with the bill (charged about three hours when they were here for maybe an hour and a half); I have tried to call twice about it, and each time they got the invoice number and said, "Let us look into it and call you back". Never called back, either time. Second, they don't seem terribly competent; we have four houses, some old, some newer, so have had several plumbers doing work for us. Never has any been so uncertain as these guys by something so simple as copper pipes. It was like they'd never seen them before. Also, we are planning a relatively small remodel, and these guys provided the highest estimate by far. Never use them again.

I got a call from their guy, who clearly didn't feel like coming today since he was running late on a Friday afternoon. He said it would cost me 205$ for "owner supply" to install a faucet I purchased. When I attempted to call their office, I was repeatedly put on hold. I do not recommend.

New house and has bad well water. Smelly and hard water. Put on water softener, filter to get smell out and new hot water tank. $5000 later water still not good so been trying to get them to come and see what next step is and nothing. Left three massages for the water filtration guy to call me and nothing. Caught him in the morning before he went out to work on houses and he said he would get right back to me and that was 4 weeks ago. They were nice and seemed good til this. Don’t get it!! Update... Been two months and still haven’t heard from Brothers. Jeff from Infinity pumps came out and tested my water which Brothers never did. Jeff says never needed a water softener as already have soft water. Waste of $1500. He has a plan to help me fix my water. Brothers seemed like a good plumbing company and maybe is but would not recommend them for water filtration. Start with Infinity in Carlsberg.

four days into my new how, ZAP no hot water. I made calls and was told it would be two weeks or 180$ per hour. Then i was told to call Brothers plumbing. They came the same day, the showed me in detail what was wrong, they installed a much better water heater at a very fair price. Bailey was great owner came by, he also was very nice. It was almost fun to pay a bill i knew to be fair. old man mike
