No one ever answers the phone. I tried several different times on a Friday no answer, no answering machine. Same on Mon and Tues. Tried to call the Corporate Crane Plumbing you cannot talk to a real person or get to an operator. Six levers of button pushing got me back to square one. This is no way to run a business. People don't have access to you at all. At one point I got some "Very karma" like on hold message about the zen of plumbing or some such silliness. Not good. stay far far away

Very rude sales counter. I think I woke the old man up and he was mad because he had to do something. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
