Excellent customer services very professional

Terrible service. Builder did not show up for a simple inspection at an agreed time. This was after my appointment the previous week had to be cancelled last minute because of an emergency callout had apparently overran. Before all of this, the email responses were slow and it was difficult to find a date for them to be available (which furthermore kept on getting pushed back). We appreciate it's a busy time of year but we were very disappointed with all aspects of the service, and having a builder not turn up is appalling and very inconvenient. Stay away.
