The gas engineer came out at short notice, when my boiler had stopped working after a few months of non use. He worked with a methodical approach to identify the issue, and even when it looked likely a new part was required he made sure he didn't replace unnecessary parts. It was great to get an expert who fixed the issue whilst keeping costs down.
