Dale is a professional who has the right skill, attitude, feel and understanding of the task in front of him. It took me three long years of trying, failing and loosing money before Dale took over. Dale treats every job with respect and great imagination regardless the size, even a small job is performed with a major attention to every detail. He never gives up even if cusomer's money is short but is always there to help and accommodate any financial circumstances of the customer. Dale spends time researching and exploring the project in front of him in every detail and uses his imagination to always surprise with his delivery. Dale's communication skills are remarkable, he is always ready to give advise and if a customer is wrong he uses lots of examples, demonstration and evidence to communicate very gently why he would rather disagree. I am so happy I listened to his advise. He really wants and does the best for his customers, he treats his job as if it was his own kitchen, bathroom or a home. Dale is highly recommendable and affordable tradesman, for whom each and every job is an inspiration to deliver the most suitable, satisfying and perfectly finished job. Absolutely OUTSTANDING work. From the offset dale was there to guide us through the process of having a complete new bathroom fitted. Quoting us a very reasonable price and always at hand for any questions and guidance we needed. Never let us down, so reliable. Takes so much pride in his work and finishes to a very very high standard. He is exceptionally tidy and everytime we came home the house was spotless. He is very trustworthy with a key and even kept an eye on our dog through the day :) we are absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom and would definitely without hesitation recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a new bathroom fitted. Fantastic! Very reliable, conscientious, and hard working. Extremely pleased with our new bathroom. He was very particular in ensuring everything was perfect and always cleared up at the end of each day.
