Mark was amazing - he managed to get our ancient boiler (in a very awkward small cupboard working from a ladder) working again when other plumbers took one look and ran a mile! I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mark was very responsive and had really good customer service skills. Mark was very efficient, explaining what needed to be done and what he would do to resolve my problem. Mark was very respectful of my home and I would recommend Mark without hesitation.
