I had many conversations with Bob about my issues. I found him very professional, approachable and practical. He listened to me, provided his input and was always willing to answer my many questions. We ultimately did not replace the pipes as we were able to find an insurer who is willing to insure the risk. If I decide to replace the pipes down the road, the only company I will contact and use is Ki-Fix. They are very professional and act with integrity and care.

Please do yourselves a favour and avoid this company. From the management to the workers, EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was unprofessional. They left our condo looking like a WARZONE. The absolute disregard of the workers for our stuff while they were working was unbelievable. There was dust, paint, and debris EVERYWHERE. Avoid this company at all costs. They are horrendous.

Bob,, Lisa, Ryan ,Harry, Sue, Luke and Peter worked quickly and professionally in my home. They went out of their way to assist me during their two and a half days of work. The walls were returned to their pre reno appearance. Even the dust was gone! Well done and thank you!

Had an appt for an estimate this morning ( saturday). They were a no-show.

I wanted to share a few positive words here. I live in a condo building that is being repiped by multiple companies. I chose Ki-Fix for their high standards of work. Their price was a bit steep, but well worth it for what service i received. All documents were sent to me within days of completion, and things were back to the way they were. Such a smooth process for a renovation of this sort. Well done!
