Had 2 gentlemen walk into my backyard (red flag #1) that they worked for a company that was going to be checking up on all the attics in the area to ensure that they were properly insulated, and that the work would be done free of charge (red flag #2). When I told them we weren't interested, one gentleman became rather aggressive and said that we would be sent an invoice for the services even if they didn't do any work (red flag #3). His rationale for this was that we would have been sent multiple notices from hydro in the mail but in fact, we never received anything in the mail. To make things even more sketchy, they were also walking around with this screenshot which they claimed had all the information we needed, but contained literally no relevant information.

This company is now bankrupt and has gone into receivership. Anyone who has a furnace, waterheater, airfilter, softner or furnace your equipment will not be serviced from eco. I was told that I have to pay $59.99 a month for a service plan.

I received a Red Tag on my water heater as a result of an illegal installation by Eco Energy. When I called them to ask them to come repair it they immediately said they would need to charge me. The customer service agent wouldn't listen to me - kept cutting me off - and then said the fact that they installed the water heater illegally wasn't their problem.

This Eco Energy Home Services too many issues to complain about. Check out BBB complaints first before you purchase. Company Over charges. Trying to terminate the contract and the company wants triple the cost to buy out. Would highly recommend choosing another company. No stars

Scam of a company avoid at all costs. Door to door sales men lie about everything and oh our AC just happens to quit working a day after the sales rep came to look at it. Customer service is trash because they sold our financing to another company and now it's impossible to get support so they have you calling around different companies for hours and one lady even pretended that she didn't know who eco energy home services is and that the number is for eco energy financial services or something like that to get off the line but when I spoke to another rep calling the same number he did. Screw these guys.
