Texas Pride Restoration

This crew was quick and thorough when our place of business flooded during one of the recent storms. They ensured the water and walls were treated properly so that we could keep our guests and staff safe! We plan to use them in the future if the need were to arise!

Texas Pride Restoration helped us recover from a horrible experience when our hot water heater leaked badly and destroyed our beautiful oak hardwood floors. Their response time was exceptional, bring heaters and fans trying to save the floor area damaged. Unfortunately, the floor had to be replaced but they handled all the details and managed painting the walls, replacing wall paper and now we have new hickory hardwood floors. I will definitely use them again as needed.

If you want fast service when you are desperate for help, Texas Pride will do all they can to come to the rescue! Thomas was at my house within 2 hours to remove the water and salvage all that we could! Other companies had told me they could come the next day, but Thomas was there at midnight and worked until 330 AM to get all the water out of my house. Water damage gets worse over time, so I could not afford to wait for anyone else! Thomas did a great job. He was courteous, efficient, and I am so thankful he dropped everything to come help!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Will and his entire team at Texas Pride Restoration. From the moment Will arrived to assess our flood situation he was kind, helpful and knew exactly what steps needed to take place. He was there to walk us through the entire restoration process. Each member of his team was helpful, communicative and prompt to arrive. If something came up that needed attention from his team, they were there in a heartbeat.
