Henry was awesome to work with. He explained in great detail the problem and how they could fix it. Found him to be very honest and personable. The workers showed on time The office staff was very helpful in answering questions and scheduling and coordinating the different workers that were coming out. Great experience

I would not recommend this company. Inhad them come out to find a “mystery leak”. The guy was out here for an hour (was supposed to be 2) and was on his phone half the time taking notes I guess. He wasn’t very friendly and didn’t do any of the things that I was told he would do until I asked about them. He could tell me a general area of the leak, which I already knew, but could not pinpoint the problem. When I called customer service, she was no help when I told her I felt like I paid a lot more that what it was worth and she was very defensive. Do not go with this company.

Henry was amazing and took care of our slab leak with the most expert precision! He explained in detail the extent of his findings, and next steps necessary for the solution. He was so careful to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of water use wise, and worked after hours to insure our home was ready for company and a major celebration with numerous guests to be present.
