Thanks to the diligent work of Chris K (Tech #118), we will have air conditioning for the 4th of July holiday! We will have 50 people visiting and some staying overnight so we are ALL so appreciative of his hard work! It was a complicated electrical issue that presented itself when we turned it on for the first time 2 days ago. Without Chris' perseverance, it would not have been repaired at all and definitely not properly. He was able to diagnose the issue one step at a time, and knew when to call in an electrical expert to fix what may have been a chronic issue from before we purchased this house. All within 2 days!! My soon to be house guests and myself couldn't be happier with the results!
We had and issue with one of our zones in our home and the heat would not turn off. We called for service about 3pm and it was fixed by 9pm. Fast responsive service and covered under service contract. Great experience!
So my hot water just stopped working on Cristmas Day. They sent a tech over and he stated that the tank might be leaking. Asked about my coverage and he was completely clueless. Waited for a call since the tech said he was going to put in a report. After two days I called. The tech never submitted his report. Second guy came and he stated Petro has no coverage for electric water heaters. He recommended a local plumber instead of just looking into my records further. I called Customer Service, who keeps stating I have a electric gas water heater...I couldn’t make that up. They stated that I do have coverage for an electric gas water heater. ???????? Third guy comes out. Is aware that there is coverage on electric water heaters and recommended that sales comes out. Took them nearly a week to just get someone from sales to look into replacing my water heater. I’m willing to give Petro another chance. Let’s see how the pricing for the replacement of my water heater.

Your service has always been great and your service people are very prompt and courteous. Hope to continue my retirement years as your customer. I would ask that maybe a discount for senior citizens in this uncertain economy can ease the pain of high costs. Regards, Abe
