B McCormack was recommended by the management company of a building where I own a unit, due to a leak from a mixing valve in the wall. I discussed with Brian the repair of the mixing valve and we agreed on a price. Then he started talking about replacing a drain pipe as well - something I was not interested in (I did inquire about the cost, out of curiosity as his estimate seemed way too high) - I just wanted the leak from the valve fixed. I gave him my contact information in case "something unexpected comes up during the repair". Then, I received an invoice being billed for the drain pipe as well - a repair I did not agree on or authorized. When I called him to discuss the matter, he became extremely defensive, saying that the drain pipe "had to be replaced" and that they "did quality job" doing so and that "he had photographic evidence that the pipe was in a bad shape". He accused me of "harassing him", because I questioned why he did not seek an authorization for doing paid work outside of the scope of our initial agreement. Will never do business with this company again nor I'll recommend it. Stay away! In my opinion he is using typical small-time hustle tactics to extort payments!

Did not have a good experience with this company. I called to have a specific problem addressed which they said they would be happy to take a look at. When they arrived, the individual informed me that they could not do what I wanted done. But they were happy to test my water (which I had already had done multiple times and I told them was not necessary) as well as give me an estimate for work that I didn't need or want done. And then they sent me a bill, even though they didn't do any work. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful work we had no heat or hot water they did a amazing job thank you so much
