look at this lath. black mold spores on every bundle. the store still put them up for sale still!!!!!. who thinks it's a good idea to install live mold spored wood in a house? get it together home depot. you're way better than this. someone needs to understand people are walking past this and breathing it in.
This is my first Google review. I don't usually write reviews in general but the service from this store is so inept, I wanted to warn people. Do not try and buy a kitchen from this location, and definitely avoid Sales Associate Linda. We paid for a measurement and estimate over 3 weeks ago. We still have no estimate, she doesn't return our calls, and she doesn't answer her phone. Total radio silence! I had heard good things about Northern Kentucky's Home Depot, but customer service from this location is an absolute disaster. We have tried numerous times to make contact, have talked to (some very nice) managers, but nobody can do something as simple as provide an estimate, which we paid in advance for. Management, while appearing to want to be helpful, appear completely helpless in the face of hopeless and completely ineffective performance by their sales associates. AVOID!
My aunt, Mary Horton called this Home Depot (HD) to repair the drain in her basement. HD contractor went to her house wrote up an estimate and met her at the store. He met her at the store and had her charge over $1600 for supplies and labor on her HD credit card. Not only did the guy not complete the job he had her charge stuff he needed on her credit card. My aunt is 82 years old and uses a wheelchair and went to the store twice. The 1st time she spoke to manager, Cris and asked that she review the video of the transaction. She went back again, spoke to manager Mike and requested to speak to Cris. Cris was there but did not speak with my aunt. She waited over an hour. I am upset that she was taken advantage of by the contractor assigned to her by Home Depot and when she went to the store to complain nothing was done.
