I own a commercial building in Kenton County Kentucky that I had just leased on January 1st . The tenant reported water leaking into the first floor offices and the attached Warehouse after the first heavy rain. The amount of water that came into the building was significant and the tenant could not use the offices or parts of the warehouse. I called 5 companies on February 28th 2019 to obtain estimates to waterproof the the building foundation. One company called me back the same day and came to check the property the following week. Ralph and company are the best! After we determined that our water pipe was leaking, we struggled to get the leak detected, and then eventually learned that our entire water pipe needed to be replaced (from the meter to the house). We'd even paid a plumber who kept showing up late or just not showing up. In the meantime, our water pressure was dropping and our water bill was sky high. It was a nightmare. Then I found Kemphaus Water Solutions (thanks Google!). Ralph made plans to come out quickly. He described what he and his crew would do. He worked realistically within my budget (this did mean that I would need to do some re-seeding of my lawn and some small patching to my driveway, but that was OK). He and his crew worked like crazy until the job was done. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were kind and courteous to my neighbors. They were just very professional and thoughful people to work with. They also helped clean the plumbing fixtures inside, and now we have the best water pressure we've ever had in our home. The Kemphaus crew were about as stress-free to work with in a highly stressful situation as possible, and that makes a big difference!!! I would recommend Kemphaus Water Solutions to anyone any time. They were just wonderful to work with and I'd trust them with any plumbing issue. We are grateful to have found them. They are wonderful!!!
