Our AC went out during the night, I logged a call and Nick was here before the service time originally set. He was so kind & professional! He explained all my options/cost and thankfully it was the best case scenario! Nick was done and gone in about an hour! Great customer experience from answer service, to dispatch to fixed! Highly recommend!

We had our air conditioner go out on Friday night. We called first thing Saturday and John was able to come that afternoon. Unfortunately we needed a special part, so we had to wait until the following week to finish the repair, but we were very happy with the way it was all handled. John was very polite and professional and made sure we knew what to expect from start to finish. We will definitely be repeat customers and asking for John by name.
