Clean Rooter and Plumbing

One day, our toilet stopped flushing. I tried plunging it and nasty sewer water started backing up into the shower. I immediately called a plumber who was more interested in charging us money than fixing the problem. I checked around and I was given a referral to Chris at Clean Rooter. Essentially, our landlord is a cheap SOB so he always cuts as many corners as possible when it comes to repairs/remodels around the house. I coordinated with Chris the night before to show up from 7-9am and he was friendly, on-time and helpful. After showing up, he worked hard, and fixed the problem for a very fair and reasonable price. He was able to identify the shortcuts the owner took 1) didn't install a 2-way clean out 2) installed the toilet drain pipe at less than a 2% grade and 3) installed a broken toilet without a flange. Chris even cleaned up the mess that was caused by him working on the job. While I hope I don't have to deal with this for a while, I know I can count on Chris from Clean Rooter.
