Wildcat Heating and Cooling

We had an ac freezing up. They came out quickly and knew the issue. Which was what I had expected with past dealings with industrial ones that have had the same problem at work. They got it up and running right until the part arrived to fix it permanently and were super helpful and up front about everything through the process. Luke was great. Highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the service and repair. Great company would highly recommend and will be going to for all of our heating and cooling needs. Joined their yearly service plan and would recommend to anyone owning a home. For the peace of mind of great maintenance and service. Plus good discounts for any issues that may arise and need repair or replaced. I've found on the business side trust in these types of repairs and service isn't the easiest to come by. It's refreshing to have such a great company and techs that we can for our home.

Very pleased with all facets of the process. My 30 year old unit failed, and I called and a tech came out to troubleshoot right away within a couple of hours. Photos were taken so I could see what was needed. I was offered a couple of choices and went ahead and replaced the system since that's where we were headed. They provided a temporary cooling source for us which was appreciated. Jacob was awesome as were the guys who did the installation. They seem to be competitively priced. I feel I got a very good system at a decent price. I truly appreciate the customer service and fast responses. Thanks!

I had a very quick response from Wildcat Heating and Cooling. And the technician who came called me about 20 minutes before his arrival, which was helpful. He did a careful inspection of my unit, explained things well. I am from the rainy Pacific NW so it was helpful for him to educate me about what is necessary here in the very different climate. Good folks. Very helpful and flexible. Their team really know their equipment and helped us through a very hot summer. We have a service contract with them so we always know things are going to work.

Called Wildcat at 1:030 AM and they arrived at 2:00 PM! Jacob was the service technician and he really knows his stuff. I have an old R 22 system that he breathed another life into. But I know I need to replace it soon. Wildcat AC is great!
