HORRIBLE. I just called to schedule a plumber. First they said they can possibly do next week but wasn’t sure. Then they said they can’t service us because they don’t take on new customer they only take on existing customers. What kind of business runs like that? Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.

I called John Denley on a Saturday due to a non-flushing, overflowing toilet. He was at my house within a half hour to assess the situation. John was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem and instruct me on how to deal with the situation. He called the next day to check on how things were. I would definitely call John again with any plumbing issue (I hope to not face} in the future!!!
