I’ve used City centre maintenance for a number of years to carry out any maintenance work on my properties. CCM are reliable, punctual and always carry out work to a great standard. I would recommend Ccm if your looking for a new maintenance team too take care of your properties.

I Booked CCM after They we’re recommended to me. I had an ongoing leak in one of my rental apartments, after several failed attempts from other company’s CCM Traced the leak and resolved the issue within a one hour call out. The customer service from Linda in the office was excellent, along with the invoice I received pictures and videos of the work carried out! I will definitely be using CCM for future work.
