Waited in for him - he never showed or got in contact with me again. Thermostats don’t work on any radiators on a job he did.

Very unreliable, I booked in to repair a leak on my boiler, booked the day off work and SJM heating didn't turn up didn't even bother to call me to inform they couldn't make it. One to avoid.
