I hired this company for one of my tenants in Mississauga. They were quick, fast, and very highly efficient. Their prices were great as well. I esp. liked the fact that I was able to book them for the same day. I would definitely recommend this company.
This place did such a horrible job I felt compelled to go through all these steps to create an account just so I could give them a review. Had a washer that wasn't working - their technician came and told me the motor had to be replaced but he had to look up the parts and get back to me the next day with a quote for the job. Didn't hear back the next day so I called - no answer, left message. Next day, didn't hear back, left message again. Finally get through to someone after 4 days and they tell me they'll immediately get their manager to call me. Didn't hear from them. Called again next day, left message. A week after the first appointment they left me a garbled message. I called back they told me they don't make parts for my washer and to buy a new one. Called a different appliance service company and they told me they can order those parts no problem but that probably isn't what's wrong and to check the error codes on my machine. I did and while looking at the motor I noticed an obvious wire hanging down that had been severed. I reconnected it and the washer works fine now. These geniuses almost cost me thousands of dollars. Terrible customer service, terrible technical support, terrible experience. I feel scammed out of my $80 service charge.
