Mike at DrainRooter Plumbing went above and beyond and I highly recommend him and his company. Unfortunately on Christmas Day (and New Years Eve) my drain pipe backed up. Mike was at my house right away fixing the problem and then had a crew at the house to excavate and remove an object stuck in my piping. I called DrainRooter Plumbing because I has having issues with my backwater valve. I spoke to the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, helpful, kind and scheduled me an appointment. The same day a plumber came, he looked very professional, was very nice, knowledgeable and experienced. He is truly an expert because he fixed the issue perfectly and in a timely manner. Not only am I really happy with the service and the work done but I am also happy with the prices! The prices are excellent compared to some other companies I called. Wonderful job done! Plumber came on the scheduled day, was very friendly, knew what he was doing and even made some suggestions. Price is fair, will be using DrainRooter Plumbing again.
