Jack J. Demo Plumbing and Heating

Jack has been my plumber for many years. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and always available. I have recommended him to family members.

Jack Demo has been our plumber for over 30 years. From hot water tank installation/repair/ replacement to laundry tub installation as well as routine maintenance and emergency calls, Jack Demo has done it all for us. He is always responsive and timely. His charges are clearly explained and are fair and competitive.

I have been using Jack Demo as my plumber for the last 12 years and he has always done an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He gets the job done quickly, is very easy going and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He is flexible and accommodating to my always changing schedule.

Jack represents the worst example of a plumber. He was asked to do a simple job and proceeded to take advantage of the situation by grossly overcharging for installing a water pressure tank. The job should have taken less than an hour. He only had to hook up two lines that were already in place from the old tank. He charged my wife for over 6 hours of labor. When I asked him how it could have possible taken so long all he could do was explain that it took a lot of time to walk back and forth to this truck as he would only get one little piece at a time and how complicated it was to add an adapter that reduced a 1 1/4 inch thread down to 1". Unbelievable, it takes less than a minute to screw on the adapter. It was personally insulting that he would expect me to believe this excuse. I strongly urge anyone using this person to be very concerned. I can only hope that this review saves the next person.
