Adolf Krueger Plumbing & Heating

I contacted this company when my AC wasn't working properly. They had an opening 9 days later but said they'd call me with any canceled appointments. I expected this because it's summer and 90 degrees out. Got a call back around 2:30 the same day that a tech was finished with another job early and was in the area, would I be home? To get my AC running again, I would have ran home. Luckily I was already there because running is not my strong suit. Very happy with the experience, AC was running in 20 mins. He discovered a blown switch possibly due to a lightning strike. Replaced the switch and here we are. Thanks for a great experience!! This is the second time I've used this company and won't be the last.

One of worst customer service I’ve encountered....I’m not sure why being rude is necessary in any business especially to customers.

Customer service is among the worse I have ever encountered! She claimed I was being rude because I did not agree with her and then hung up on me when I asked to have the owner call asap. They wanted me to pay a second time within a month for freon after the service tech said my unit was fixed during the first service call and it subsequently leaked out again! Obviously they did not fix the ac unit but they did not want to take responsibility. Stay away!!

How many others have had a plumber come in to do repairs, blow holes in your sheet rock and then leave that mess for you to deal with? Krueger Plumbing teams up with carpenters and sent in a guy named Nigel to finish the repair. He did a GREAT job and is very reasonable on pricing, we hired him for more work but had to wait a few months as he is in high demand. And a message to Kerry, Taylor is the one of the nicest people I ever met but at the same time she doesn't put up with crap. You must have done or said something stupid to tick her off, knowingly or not and I don't doubt she threw it right back at you justifiably. Perhaps my view is tainted because I've met her at the office and she is also drop dead gorgeous. ;-)

Woke up to this -7 degree morning with the heat on but the house not warm. We have electric heat with a heat pump. Called Adolf Krueger and answering service dispatched call to Alan at Krueger. He called back within 1/2 hour. I explained the problem and he went over with me how the system works (since I am not familiar with a heat pump system) and why we were not getting enough heat in the house. Spent ample time on the phone with me, he was courteous, patient and extremely helpful. Thank you Alan.
