I have used a few different companies since we purchased our home. I have to say this company was the easiest to work with. When I originally called to see if they had any one available the same day to come look at my tub that was downstairs. The technician over the phone was able to come out shortly within an hour. He was honest and made me feel comfortable that the job has been done correct. I'm happy I finally found a company that does great work and takes care of their customers. Would definitely be using them again.

Everyone that I dealt with was super professional and incredibly responsive. They made an appointment quickly, and followed up with a text. The technicians were incredible professional and approachable. They are definitely family oriented and I never for a second thought I was being "sold" a service. When I did commit to more work, they were at my house the next day. Super friendly and respectful of my space. I highly recommend them. I would call them again in a second. I don't think any situation works phase them. They are very down to earth.

The tech explained to me everything that he was doing and what to do with any future needs. When he left I felt I had a full understanding of who to call for each of the things that could go wrong and what all the labels on the water heater meant. I also appreciated feeling confident in the water heater choice he helped me pick out from the vendor - since I know nothing about water heaters and I am big on safety. I felt very thankful after he left.

When we had a major stoppage we called around. We found Cascade plumbing, when searching for a plumber in the area. They sent out a tech right away and he was able to clear our sewer line. Prices are good too.

The service we have received here over the past few years has been excellent. Our last service need involved our water purification system for our well water. The water was running into the garage. It was after hours but they came quickly and repaired the leaking pipe. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. We will never use any other plumbing company!!!
