Home Services at The Home Depot

PLEASE see edit at the bottom! They had a lot of stuff, but there were holes where things were missing and/or sold out. The staff wasn't friendly at all and were sparse. The few there were went out of their way to avoid us. Not a soul asked if they could help us. There were carts strewn all over the parking lot and I watched employees walk right past them BOTH WAYS without more than a glance. Clearly they don't take any pride in their jobs there. I won't go again until the situation improves. Edit: We went on Sunday and apparently someone has taken customer service into account. In the door, "Hi! Welcome to Home Depot!" A few feet further, "Hi! Welcome to Home Depot! Can I help you find anything?" A few rows over, "Hey we're looking for _______" - "Sure! Probably aisle __ or __ but let me check for sure." (They look on phone app) "Yes. It's aisle __. I'll call someone in that department to be sure you have any questions answered." We get to that area, "Hi! How can I help you?" TOTAL CHANGE from the previous visits. Good selection and they were fully stocked - no holes on the shelves. I didn't look over the parking lot but I will say that it was difficult to get INTO the lot because it was incredibly busy!! I can't logically put it to 5 stars on a ONE visit change but we'll definitely go back. This service continues and it will change to 5 stars. Well done Home Depot!

don't expect home depot to honor a warranty for over 90 days if box says more than that good luck i purchased LG room AC 5014 july 2014 its pouring water inside the house still blowing cold but the water damage is very bad
