If I had one word to describe my experience with Rudd it would be WOW. It all started with a call to them and speaking with Belinda. I have never dealt with a company or business treating me (the customer) with the level of respect and and compassion for my dilemma which was a hot water heater that needed replaced. Belinda gave me the peace of mind and was very attentive and listened and answered all of my questions. She then got me quickly on the schedule to have the guys come out (at no cost) and find out what was going on with my old water heater. The two plumbers that came out (Brandon and Jonah) were extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. I have to say that Jonah and Brandon worked until 8pm to finish the job of replacing my hot water heater and reducing the pressure to my house that was actually way too high. Brandon and Jonah did not complain at all about working late on 12/21/18 (4 days before Christmas). They worked very hard on got me and my family hot water again as well as my extended family that showed up halfway through the removal/installation process. I will have absolutely no problem choosing them again over all plumbers in the Tyler TX area for the exceptional customer service, friendliness, respectfulness, and treating like family. Everything one would need for any budget one would have. Knowledgeable friendly staff.

We had a leak in our master shower that was draining into a bedroom and soaking the carpet. Jason was very kind and quick to identify the issue. They had to order a part to complete the repair but he let us know ahead of time when it would be in and he made a temporary solution so the leak would do no further water damage in my son's bedroom. The repair was fast, they were very polite and extra sweet to talk with my busy toddlers who wanted to know what they were doing. Great costumer service. Would highly recommend!

Called to have septic located. Rodney shows up and figures it out in 5 minutes. Had 2 other companies come and fail to locate it. Great company thank u
