False advertising on their electric tankless water heaters. Advertised to heat 2 showers at once. Barely can heat a faucet in one of the hottest cities in Texas. They do not stand behind their products. Would not authorize a return to Lowes. Even purchased a 50 gallon A O Smith water heater, that appears to work. But I will not refer anyone I know to use AO Smith products. I guess I'll have to go to social media to let everyone know how terrible their service is.
