Christen Rodriguez review about company HomeServe of Long Island

Home serve is horrible. When they came last week and did an annual and check why the heat wasn't turning on they said it needed some kind of electrical piece, and the paper work shows that the annual was good, everything was good, then they come back to fix it then came upstairs and says the boiler is broken, its condemned and he shut it off with NO explanation. Come on we didn't even touch it, they obviously broke it and wont take the blame. I called the office to find out what happened cause my mom was there and I was not. No one knows anything then they say someone will call me back STILL WAITING.... I have an infant in the house and they don't care. , they wont even call back ASAP, it is insane. They said someone HOPEFULLY will call back in 24 hours. If I can give them no stars I would. I should've read reviews before even getting involved with this company.
