Anthony Medina the service technician was very knowledgeable, gave great advice how to maintain the units. Very respectful to our home, and a polite individual. Also the job was done in a timely fashion, overall amazing job!!!

They were first rate. Very pleasant and cooperative on the phone. Scheduled an appointment the very next day. The technician showed up exactly on time and completed the repair in about a half hour. It couldn't have been better.

Chris j and Carlos c arrived on time to install my new water heater they knew right away what need to be done and kept us in the loop every step of the way.They used drop cloth to ensure my carpet did not get dirty and they were very professional and kind.they got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.this was truly a great and painless experience.Thank you Chris & Carlos

Home serve is horrible. When they came last week and did an annual and check why the heat wasn't turning on they said it needed some kind of electrical piece, and the paper work shows that the annual was good, everything was good, then they come back to fix it then came upstairs and says the boiler is broken, its condemned and he shut it off with NO explanation. Come on we didn't even touch it, they obviously broke it and wont take the blame. I called the office to find out what happened cause my mom was there and I was not. No one knows anything then they say someone will call me back STILL WAITING.... I have an infant in the house and they don't care. , they wont even call back ASAP, it is insane. They said someone HOPEFULLY will call back in 24 hours. If I can give them no stars I would. I should've read reviews before even getting involved with this company.
