Scott Kistenmacher review about company Sims Plumbing Company Inc

Called Sims to come and look at our drain for our washer. He tried to snake the drain. This did not work. He put a bunch of holes in my dry wall to find the pipes and find out why it was not draining. Which is fine if he would have been able to fix the problem. He told me it was the way the plumbing was done and he would be able to fix this problem and would come back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. I called several times that day to find out if he was planning on coming back another day. He would not answer my phone calls or messages and never called me back. I should have turned him into the better business bureau for messing up my dry wall and never fixing anything. I don't think this guy wants to do actual plumbing work. I think he only wants to snake drains because it is easy and gets $75 for 10 minutes of work. I would not recommend this guy at all. Do yourself a favor and call AMPM plumbing. I called them afterwards and they treated me right.
