I sent a text to the phone number I found online in the evening to see if Sims could find the cause of a leaking bathroom in my townhouse. I was impressed because they texted back around 11:00pm that evening saying they could be out the next day. After spending about 30 minutes at the house the plumber called and said it wasn't a plumbing issue, but the tub had a hole and needed fixed. I paid the $83 service fee and had someone come out and fix the tub only to still have a leak. I called Sims twice a day for a full week to please come out and finish what they started to get NO response; no phone call, no text, nothing. I gave them two weeks to respond and then called another plumber. I was very disappointed and would recommend Golden Rule out of Grimes. They were friendly, fast, and knowledgable. I was really hoping for a different result, but I'm glad to have found someone reliable I can call for future issues.
