James TUNNICLIFFE review about company Vinshire Plumbing & Heating Ltd
Had Vinshire plumbing out on 13th May 2019 to do a basic annual service on a smoke alarm. Within 5 minutes of the engineer leaving my property the alarm was bleeping. I immediately rang Vinshire back to get engineer to re attend after several phone calls being left on hold for 5-10 mins I was assured by Vinshire they would call back unfortunately they did not. If you have a choice do not use this company.If they cannot even resolve basic safety checks on a smoke alarm what hope have they of resolving more complex problems??!
