Larry Lee review about company Associated Plumbing Company

A pipe broke in my crawl space on Saturday afternoon. I called Associated Plumbing and about a half hour later received a call from a plumber. The first thing he did was warn me about the emergency weekend fees. I told him fine and that I have no water at the moment. He then said he had two other calls before me and would be here around 7 or 8p. I said fine and sent him a picture off the break. 9p rolls around so I call him, no answer. I text him, no response. I call the answering service whom said they believe he was still in the field and they would have him call me with a new ETA. 10p rolls around and still no call. I called back and cancelled them. How can a company claim to offer 24 hour service and not have the common courtesy to return a phone call? I will never use this company and caution anyone who does.
