Kenneth Fisher review about company Smith's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc

My fiancé and I built a new house almost 2 years ago and got a extended 5 year warranty through Smith's Heating and Air Conditioning on our AC unit. Our AC stopped working last month, so I called Smith's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They had someone come out after a few days to check our AC unit. Just to have them come out and check it, it costs $75 (which is not covered under the warranty). They believe there was a small leak in the coil so they charged us $120 (also not covered under the warranty) to put two pounds of coolant into our AC unit, but they were unable to locate the leak. They said they would have to come back to check for the leak, which would cost ANOTHER $75 (not covered in the warranty) for them to come out and locate the possible leak. They also said if they find an issue with the coil, it would cost $950 to replace it, but only $200 would be covered by the warranty. So of that $950, they want us to pay $750 in LABOR. I have not given any company a negative review before, but I would highly recommend against using this company for anything.
