We've had an issue with backups in our basement since September, they came out then, and then a second time just 13 days ago. The plumbers did very little investigation and ran a hydrojet through one of the mains. They then said that our warranty was void. We called them again today and were told it would be 89.00 just to look. This isnt how you do business. I would never recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.
