Called to fix a clogged toilet, they say no one is available and I had to wait 3 days to have someone fix the toilet. They said if I am an urgent situation (I hoped they were joking. I mentioned it is the only toilet), I could use their emergency service at a cost of more than $300. Poor communication, ridiculous price. Called Milani and someone came in like 30 minutes no kidding at a cost of $170. I will let the readers of this review to make their own decision.
